Make sure that you hit a goal of at least 10,000 steps every day. Inactivity is very unhealthy and if you want to maintain a strong heart and lean legs, walking is a must. Go for a walk before you start the day and then one later on in the day and this will make you feel more energised as well as happier overall.

Meal prep for the win 

Meal prepping is one of the most helpful and life-changing things you can do as a mom. We all know how stressful it is to balance life and work – and as a mom working full time, creating healthy dishes for the whole family to enjoy might sometimes feel impossible.

That’s why you should spend some time on a Sunday preparing some meals that can be eaten during the week when you are too busy. This can be anything from a chicken pasta bake to a veggie-packed stir fry and it will make everyone’s life much easier at home.
