Part of my psychological preparation for a meeting happens as I dress, do my hair and apply my make-up. It continues as I get pumped up on power music in the car on the way to the meeting.  

When I’m feeling super confident and enthusiastically open and receptive, I just know the meeting is going to be a success. 

These preparations are not as trivial as they seem. Afer all, we all know that a first impression is a lasting impression.  I googled some stats and found these:
